The Last Hoot - Cafe, Bar & Pizzeria

My partner and I dined at The Last Hoot in Falls Creek last night and were absolutely delighted with our experience. As vegans, we sometimes struggle to find suitable options, especially in a small town, but The Last Hoot exceeded our expectations in every way.The young man serving us, who seemed to be the only waiter, was highly professional, patient, and kind. He went out of his way to accommodate our dietary needs, transforming typically non-vegan menu items into two delicious, generously portioned meals.The roasted vegetable pizza, made with handmade dough (that we saw the chef rolling out), was the best we’ve ever had. The authenticity and care put into each dish were evident.Both the waiter and the chef, working seemingly on their own, displayed an incredible level of professionalism and emotional intelligence. We couldn’t have asked for a better dining experience. Highly recommend!

Too crowded on cloud 9. So decided to try this one. Pizza was great and we even had a gluten free one. Just quick lunch so pizza and hot chips. Place is great too. Would try dinner one time then.

Dropped in for a burger on the first night of a two night stay at Falls. The burger was that good I ditched plans to try another place and went back again the next night. Fantastic food, great atmosphere and staff that treat you like a long lost friend. It's a long trek from Tassie but I will be back for sure.

Had tea with Parma and a pint of XPA. Parma’s edges were slightly burnt but overall was excellent. Big portions too. Has outside tables with great view out. Can’t get a better price in Falls Creek.

This place is excellent for food. Top quality pizzas and burgers that are reasonably priced and delicious . The service is great, and speed of food preparation is quick. Either eat in or take away. Fully licensed restaurant with range of alcoholic beverages too. Located directly next to Haileys comet ski lift.

Fabulous pizza and warm hospitality..We spent a few nights at Falls Creek and the Hoot was our joint for dinner for the entire stay! The pizza had a lovely thin base and the size and toppings were super generous..Will come again

Made a reservation for a Friday night. The staff were kind enough to call us before we came in and let us know that their pizza oven was broken. I don't think many places would do that, so big thank you to them for thinking ahead.Although the pizzas were recommdend to us and we were looking forward to them, we really enjoyed the alternative burgers. We had the American cheeseburger and chicken burger. Both were delicious on brioche buns and the chips were great too.My only feedback would be the dining area is very dark and could use a touch more lighting.The prices are extremely reasonable and are a huge draw card to visit again and again (which we did the next day).

Best margarita ever!!!They use halal cheese and take care for vegetarians by taking care of cross contamination
